Cancellation Policy
Hi! Thank you so much for choosing Genderless beauty salon. I am grateful and excited to provide a well extended service to you! Although , unforeseen situations occur during our daily life, I take schedules very seriously.
I have at 24 hr cancellation policy. The first time you forgiven, second time and third time you are charged half of the serviced booked. If more then three no shows or last minute cancellation occur you might be denied services. Always comunícate if you are running behind more then 10 mins to be considerate of other guest appointments. I ask of you to be mindful and understanding of this policy. As I am small owned business.
